The series of stunning documentaries from Illustra Media on evidence for design in living creatures culminates with Living Waters: Intelligent Design in the Oceans of the Earth. The film will have its regional premieres this month and next, in San Antonio and Seattle, respectively on July 10 and August 5. Please join us at either!

Following on the heels of Metamorphosis and Flight, the new film takes us into the liquid world of Earth’s oceans, revealing the dolphin’s internal sonar system, the magnetic compass in the head of sea turtles, the Pacific salmon’s navigational sense of smell, and the awesome mystery of whales and their origins, all posing a profound challenge to Darwinian theory and pointing powerfully to design.

Living Waters highlights the research of Biologic Institute evolutionary biologist Richard Sternberg and Discovery Institute philosopher of biology Paul Nelson, who both appear in fascinating interviews. Making ID accessible to all audiences is a specialty with our friends at Illustra. Admittedly, scientific evidence for design can be technical in its nature, focusing on biological structures and processes too minute to observe with our own eyes (the bacterial flagellum comes to mind).
