Our Early Christmas Gift to You: 12 Days, 12 Ways to Save

What a pleasure to settle into a holiday with a good book to read. Better than one book, of course, is two. Or how about twelve new books, plus a few fine documentaries on DVD into the mix? Here’s what we’ve got planned as our early Christmas gift to ENV readers.

Starting this Thursday night, as you’re digesting Thanksgiving dinner, we’ll post an announcement here at Evolution News and Views of the first of twelve discounts on prime books and documentaries with an intelligent design theme. Each day will bring a new discount, on a different title, and savings of up to 50 percent off! But to get each day’s deal, you’ll need to act on it that day, using a convenient code that we’ll supply.

Look for the announcement, good for 24 hours only, each day in our cover story spot at the top of the ENV homepage.

What books and DVDs, specifically, are we talking about? We’ll keep you in suspense about that. But the management has given us a green light to reveal the first day’s discount. For Black Friday, November 28, we’ll be offering Center for Science and Culture associate director John West’s book The Magician’s Twin: C. S. Lewis on Science, Scientism, and Society and the companion DVD at 45 percent and 35 percent off respectively.

But for the discount code, and instructions on where to use it, you’ll need to check back here. We’ll be switching out one deal for another every day about 6 pm Pacific time. Enjoy your holiday!
